BIO

Jordan grew up in Apex, NC and later moved to Greenville, SC. After attending Appalachian State University, she realized that she cherished the landscape of the mountains of Western North Carolina, and there, she began her career in short-term vacation cabins and home care management.  In due time, she began to pursue the long-term rental industry and property management route, managing Leasing for a large student rental portfolio in Boone, NC, eventually earning her Brokers license. She loves sharing the opportunity that Charlotte has to offer to buyers, sellers, and tenants. She is dedicated to educating her clients and tenants, committed to ethically navigating negotiations, and strives to make any transaction a seamless one.”

When she is not in the office, she is most likely working out, playing with her dog, relaxing with family, or exploring a new restaurant or brewery with friends. When in the mountains, she enjoys kayaking, snowboarding, and App State football games. Fun fact: ask her about living tiny/off the grid – she has built a tiny home!
