Emilia has called the Charlotte area home for over a decade. Although she holds a master’s degree in Political Science her passion was always in real estate. With a keen eye for interior design and expertise in real estate investing she will help you navigate through all your transactions.

She personally holds a diverse real estate portfolio spanning across two continents so she understands all the details going into buying, selling and property management.

Emilia also strongly believes in giving back to her community. She is involved in many charitable causes serving the Carolinas including affordable housing and landlord- tenant relations consulting work with UNC Chapel Hill and the Charlotte Mayor’s Office. She is fluent in English and Polish and proficient in Spanish.

In her free time Emilia loves to travel (she visited 30+ countries and counting!), practices yoga, rides a motorcycle and cooks. She lives with her family in Waxhaw.
