Born and raised in New York, Julie employed her Master’s in Education to teach and mentor inner-city children. In 2009, she and her husband made the decision to relocate to Charlotte, where she discovered a city offering exciting opportunities for growth in the real estate market and decided to invest. Bitten by the real estate bug, she has been managing her own investment properties since 2011. Pursuing her goal of working with and assisting others, and fueled by her love of real estate she opted for a career change, successfully obtaining her real estate license from the Superior School of Real Estate in 2022.

Julie’s enthusiasm for real estate arises from her belief that it is an opportunity to guide individuals and families toward finding their dream homes or making strategic investments. At My Townhome, she channels her dedication and passion for helping others into facilitating fulfilling experiences for her clients.

In her personal life, you can find Julie spending quality time with her husband and three boys, enjoying the local Charlotte food scene, attending rock concerts and youth sporting events.
