  • Initial Training Course – We have engaged the best and brightest to work with real estate Brokers and share the secrets of their success.   The initial training is designed around high capacity learning in a high energy environment.  In less than 10 days provide an education on  Sales Techniques, Qualifying Customers, Broker Branding, Product Education, Lead Conversion, Building & Managing your Network, Social Media, Sales Pipeline, Referral Network, Lead Generation, Listing Presentations, Buyer Presentations, Customer Relationship Management, Contract Law, Sales Technology and more.
  • Weekly Roundtable Forums & Preview Clubs-Each week meetings are held to ensure that all Broker Associates are up to date on market activity, product development, technological advances, NCREC and CRRA updates, best practices and MY initiatives.
  • One on One Mentoring and Business Coaching- Your Broker in Charge, the Director of Operations and the Office Manager will work with you  to promote effective prospect development & conversion.  Our team will equip you with the tools to provide  the highest level of customer service for each client. In addition our open office environment promotes mentoring and learning by example throughout each office by leveraging our highly qualified team of Brokers
